About Us
The Whittier Art Gallery is a non profit historic art gallery. Â We have been providing a place for artists to show their work in solo or group shows continually in this location for 75 years. Each monthly exhibit has a well attended reception. We have over 200 members currently. Many past and present members have had illustrious careers, and we have been honored to share this beautiful space with them, and continue their vision of exhibiting and sharing fine art in the community.Â
The gallery hosts several monthly artists meetings that are open to members and guests;artists receptions art talks a photography group life drawing sessions creative writing meetings 3D artists meetings, &  music nights.
An elected board of directors oversees the gallery. Â The exhibits, meetings, gift shop, activities and art book sales are managed by committees of members. Â We would love to see you at the gallery.
