The Third Street Gallery is located on the second and third floors of Moscow's beautiful and historic City Hall. The gallery exhibits the works of local and regional artists for the enjoyment of residents and visitors to the community. Moscow City Hall is located at 206 East Third Street. Gallery hours are 8:00 a ‹.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
