Collinsville is North of Tulsa on either Highway 75 or 169. Turn on 146st St. North which is also Highway 20 and Main Street in Downtown Collinsville. The Museum is on the North side of Main between 11th and 12 Street (a half block east of City Hall).

The Museum is open by appointment only.

Early News Building (~1900)

The founder, W. L. Wright poses with his daughter, Nellie, and son, Claude, in front of the first home of "The Collinsville News" at the current townsite.

Modern News Building

(~1950s) 

This building was built in ~1911 and was the home of "The Collinsville News" until 1987. Editor John Wright poses in the late 1950's. This same building at 1110 Main Street in downtown Collinsville has been home to the "Newspaper Museum In Collinsville" since May 1999.
