We are located on Michigan Street in downtown Plymouth, Indiana, in the Lauer Building. We house the historic artifacts and research archives of Argos, Bourbon, Bremen, Culver, Donaldson, Inwood, Koontz Lake, LaPaz, Plymouth, Tippecanoe, Tyner and the surrounding areas. Come visit us!

The Main Level houses our changing exhibits and special event programming. Bring your family and browse the museum on your own or ask for a guided tour. Try out the “hands on” area for kids and be sure to look for our open houses and special activities each quarter and during school breaks.

Our Lower Level is the Mary Brumbaugh Library for genealogical and historic research of all kinds. Our Archive Manager and Research Library Specialist are available to provide customized research for you or they can assist you while you perform your own research

The Upper Level is the restored professional offices of the Lauer Building, featuring skylight ceilings and oak trimmed corridors. Our permanent collection is displayed in this architectural setting and tells the stories of our county and its people.
