About Us:
Walk through a mysterious landscape that exists nowhere in the real world. Reminiscent of a fantasy movie, Dr. Spooky's castle is filled with animal facts, live exhibits and displays.

Enter the caves in the castle's atrium and come face-to-face with dinosaurs.

Dr. Spooky's is a very unique educational experience.

Dr. Spooky's is open for everyone and is ideal for families, school groups, field trips and student tours.

Dr. Spooky's is centered around the fact that there are 10 major animal groups in the animal kingdom. We teach visitors about all 10 animal groups. There are live animals to represent nearly all the 10 groups. Each display has very detailed written information about the animal and its animal group.

Dr. Spooky's is very unique because of the environment the displays are in. We have taken a theme park type atmosphere and married it to an indoor educational animal attraction.

Dr. Spooky's is an amazing visual experience. The castle is filled with twisted birch trees, crooked old buildings, sculptures of dragons and statues, elaborate stone work and caves. Our caves are filled with dinosaur artifacts and detailed information about each dinosaur artifact. Dr. Spooky's is basically a science/biology class within a themed environment.

We offer educational animal information in two formats: simple reading for young children and advanced reading for those looking for more details and facts. Our visitors include all age groups - from preschoolers to adults. We are very frequently visited by teachers and animal enthusiasts (including biologists!) and all find Dr. Spooky's fascinating and fun
