For the past 22 years Aaron Galleries has specialized in offering fine 19th & 20th century American paintings and prints. The gallery continues to do so. Overlooking stylish Oak Street, Aaron Galleries handles fine examples of historical American landscape painting, still life, and portraiture, as well as works by renowned American Regionalists, Modernists and Abstract artists. Among the artists whose works are regularly featured are Thomas Hart Benton, Beauford and Joseph Delaney, Werner Drewes, Perle Fine, Rockwell Kent, Martin Lewis, Louis Lozowick, Reginald Marsh, Herman Menzel, Dale Nichols, Grant Wood and many more.

In year 2000 Aaron Galleries also made a commitment to exhibiting the art of African-American Masters and to promoting the work of a select group of contemporary American artists. Most of the gallery's living artists matured in the 1960s and 1970s, participating in the art currents of that time--Radical Painting (or painting about painting), Minimalism and post-Minimalism. Aaron Galleries is also very proud to show the works of John Grillo, a first generation Abstract Expressionist, and Robert Breer, whose geometric form paintings, which were executed in post-WWII Paris, influenced his subsequent work as an experimental film-maker and animator. We invite you to look at the newest additions to our website, pages devoted to Contemporary Paintings and to Contemporary Works on Paper.

Offering friendly and personal service and an extensive research library, Aaron Galleries is happy to work with first-time and experienced collectors building investment-quality art collections, as well as with families looking to enhance their homes.
