About us:

The Skating Club of Phoenix is a member of United States Figure Skating and Arizona Interclub. Membership in our club allows skaters to participate in competitions and test sessions. The Skating Club of Phoenix provides many other activities for our members such as exhibitions and parties.

AZ Ice Peoria is our home rink for the Skating Club of Phoenix. AZ Ice Peoria provides support for club activities, competitions, and shows including use of facilities, donations, incentives for our SCP members, and coordination with skaters in the Learn to Skate program. A strong three-way partnership and cooperation between AZ Ice, the Skating Club of Phoenix, and coaching professionals helps to maintain our success.

The Skating Club of Phoenix hosts multiple competitions each year.

The most exciting event that the Skating Club of Phoenix hosts is the Fiesta Skate Championships, which is the largest figure skating competition in Arizona. Held in April, Fiesta Skate began in 1976 and attracts skaters and judges from across the country each year to participate.

The Skating Club of Phoenix also hosts a Theatrical Skating Competition each year called Autumn Antics where skaters perform Showcase programs and are judged by local artists, dancers, TV & radio personalities and others in the arts.

The club sponsors various competitions, events, dress sales, etc. and also meets regularly for fun filled get togethers.
